Get This Girl a Job is a podcast series and collaboration wtih Rosana Rabines from the University of Chicago. Starting in February 2018, we will present a collection of interviews of recent female college graduates in their first jobs. The focus will be on their college experience, summer internships, and challenges they faced in their job search. The goal of this project is to provide a resource for women starting their professional journeys, and our hope is to contribute a unique perspective to existing conversation about female leaders in the workplace.
